Dark, extremely mild chocolate – made with cocoa beans grown by smallholder farmers in the South of West Java. This tropical region has a hot and humid climate, ideal for the Forastero and Criollo varieties that thrive there. West Java has been known as a productive plantation area for coffee and tea. The mountainous region of West Java is also a major producer of vegetables and flowers. The soil is one of volcanic mountains merging into denser rainforest.

Cameroon Milk

Milk chocolate with intense cocoa taste –
made from cocoa beans grown in the land of
Mongo ma Ndemi (mount cameroon or
“mountain of greatness”). The fertile grounds
and lush vegetation in the Cameroonian
tropical belt favors the growth of its
exceptional red cocoa. Typical for this variety
are the big size of the beans, the fine,
powerful cocoa taste, deep red color and high
cocoa butter content.

Powerful milk chocolate with a great shine and
warm, red color. The taste has a perfect
balance between cocoa and milk. It surprises
with exciting hints of nutmeg and clove and is
perfectly rounded off with soft caramel notes.
